Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee relations programs and mediate workplace conflicts
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws
- Conduct performance evaluations and support talent development initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS systems
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and cultural programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience in Indonesian companies
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (KUHP, UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CHRP) is advantageous
