Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness, compliance, and competitive positioning within the market.
  • Develop, implement, and interpret HR policies and procedures, ensuring strict adherence to Philippine labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to employees and management on a wide range of HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and generate relevant HR reports.
  • Design and conduct HR-related training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Actively participate in organizational development projects and employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with all local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar comprehensive HR role.
  • Strong, in-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics in handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, compensation & benefits administration, and employee relations.
