Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to various departments to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Design, develop, and execute a structured onboarding program to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
- Establish and maintain a clear career progression framework to support talent retention and internal mobility.
- Identify training needs and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) framework for all staff levels.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR generalist duties including employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and latest MOM regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational development initiatives and change management projects.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing L&D programs and career development frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Labor Laws and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
