Join our passionate team at Giyanti Coffee Roastery, a premier specialty coffee company dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences. We are currently seeking a talented HR Generalist to support our growing operations in Menteng, Jakarta.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring our team of coffee enthusiasts receives the best HR support possible. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining positive employee relations.
You will collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Additionally, you will handle employee record management, assist with performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data in compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor laws
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, allowances, and leave management
- Support managers with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
- Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities for staff
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the hospitality or food & beverage industry
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan, BP Jamsostek)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a team environment
