We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Sabang, Laguna. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who brings comprehensive experience across all facets of Human Resources.
As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's people operations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will handle a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
This position requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with management and employees to address HR concerns and implement effective solutions that support organizational goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Administer HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
- Coordinate performance management programs including performance reviews and development planning
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with data privacy requirements
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration including government mandatory contributions
- Assist in organizing employee training programs and workplace engagement activities
- Provide HR support and guidance to department heads and line managers on people-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience as HR Generalist or HR Officer
- Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and BIR requirements
- Experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Filipino and English
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
