In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all employee-related inquiries, playing a vital role in cultivating a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture. As our HR Generalist, you will act as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring that our HR policies are effectively communicated and consistently applied. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, and team-building activities.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new and exiting employees.
- Monitor and process daily timekeeping, attendance records, and leave management systems.
- Support management in handling employee relations issues and conducting disciplinary proceedings when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and local regulatory requirements for all HR operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Assistant role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, retail-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
