This pivotal role ensures the seamless delivery of HR services across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, records management, and employee relations. As an HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of our HR department, contributing to a positive workplace culture and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will have the opportunity to shape our hiring processes, champion employee satisfaction, and ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws. This full-time position offers a competitive salary package of ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month and a supportive work environment where your contributions are recognized and valued.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including computation of salaries, deductions, and government-mandated contributions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leaves, and retirement plans, and address employee inquiries.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy and documentation requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolving concerns in a timely and fair manner.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency and compliance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, handling multiple HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on new challenges.
