We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team at TopBet Tech Corp. in Pasay City. As a key member of our human resources department, you will drive strategic HR initiatives while managing day-to-day operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to foster a positive workplace culture. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding, ensuring alignment with company values and legal compliance.

The ideal candidate will excel in balancing employee advocacy with organizational objectives. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, resolve conflicts proactively, and administer benefits programs effectively. This position offers the opportunity to shape HR policies that enhance employee engagement and retention in a fast-paced tech environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth)
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company culture and legal requirements
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies
  • Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS systems and documentation
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and organizational development

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of generalist HR experience in tech or BPO industry
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Certification in HRBP or SHRM preferred
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
