Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processes, and employee documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance workplace culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Bamboo, Workday) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
