Tanggung Jawab
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and compliance
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations
- Support workplace culture initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with management on HR-related matters and provide guidance on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
