Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and leave entitlements
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with labor standards and company culture
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Oversee payroll processing and compensation administration accuracy
- Conduct training programs and professional development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems for data integrity and accessibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of generalist HR experience in Philippine corporate setting
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code (DOLE) and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and payroll software
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee development programs
- Strategic thinking with ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
