Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes and coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and company regulations across all HR activities.
- Handle timekeeping, payroll administration support, and leave management systems efficiently.
- Lead employee engagement activities and support initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRIS or timekeeping software is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete integrity and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
