Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of top-tier talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities to boost morale and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Administer employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll-related inquiries with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances and providing guidance on workplace policies.
- Assist in the implementation of performance management systems and career development programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with DOLE regulations and internal company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and government-mandated benefits.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
