Mary Grace Cafe is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Parañaque City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring that our team members receive the support they need to deliver the heartwarming service we are known for.

As an HR Generalist, you will handle the day-to-day administration of human resources policies, programs, and practices. From maintaining accurate timekeeping records to facilitating smooth payroll coordination and benefits administration, your work directly influences the employee experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end timekeeping and attendance monitoring for assigned teams to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the payroll department to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, claims, and enrollment.
  • Monitor and document employee performance metrics, providing support for performance review cycles.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized digital and physical employee 201 files in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, company procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and offboarding processes to maintain operational continuity.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Assistant capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, social security (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and statutory benefits.
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and payroll software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
