Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing and screening to interviewing and job offer negotiation for various positions.
- Coordinate and execute a comprehensive new hire onboarding program that fosters early engagement and accelerates time-to-productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, effectively managing grievances, discipline, and conflict resolution in full compliance with the Philippine Labor Code.
- Administer all government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Drive the annual performance management cycle, supporting managers and employees in goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain and update the HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ensuring data integrity for accurate reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of solid experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong foundational knowledge of the full HR cycle.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Law, DOLE compliance, and government agency processes.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and handling employee relations cases.
- Excellent command of the English and Filipino languages, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, and can start immediately.
