Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Oversee recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Develop and implement training programs for employee skill development and organizational growth
- Handle HR administrative functions including payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping
- Conduct regular HR audits and maintain accurate employee documentation
- Support management in organizational development initiatives and performance management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
- Experience in automotive industry is highly advantageous
