Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end recruitment management including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop and execute employee orientation programs to ensure seamless integration
- Oversee HR administration including contracts, compliance, and benefits management
- Manage payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Generate HR analytics reports for strategic decision-making
- Maintain employee records and ensure data privacy compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of generalist HR experience
- Proficiency in Indonesian labor laws and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP) preferred
- Proven experience in payroll administration
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
