As our HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of our workplace, bridging the gap between management and employees. You will manage a wide spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and performance management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Facilitate employee relations, including addressing grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Administer employee benefits, leave requests, and assist with payroll preparation.
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting and annual appraisals.
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal corporate training programs.
- Provide expert advice to department heads on HR policies and local labor law compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRIS or timekeeping software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.
