  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
  • Manage employee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration into company culture
  • Oversee timekeeping systems and attendance records for accurate payroll processing
  • Ensure strict compliance with DOLE regulations and internal HR policies
  • Administer employee relations matters including conflict resolution and policy communications
  • Support compensation and benefits administration programs
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel records

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR generalist experience in fast-paced environments
  • Proven expertise in recruitment strategies and talent acquisition methodologies
  • Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws (DOLE) and HR compliance requirements
