Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Manage employee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration into company culture
- Oversee timekeeping systems and attendance records for accurate payroll processing
- Ensure strict compliance with DOLE regulations and internal HR policies
- Administer employee relations matters including conflict resolution and policy communications
- Support compensation and benefits administration programs
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR generalist experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven expertise in recruitment strategies and talent acquisition methodologies
- Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws (DOLE) and HR compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail with data management capabilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in deadline-driven settings
