Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate payroll processing
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention
- Manage HR documentation, including employee files, contracts, and performance records
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
