Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and compensation structures
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements
- Support organizational development through training programs and performance improvement plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP) and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in compliance matters
