Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening to onboarding.
- Foster a positive work environment by handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Coordinate training programs, performance appraisals, and professional development workshops.
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Conduct salary surveys and assist in compensation planning to remain competitive in the market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Assistant role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using HRIS software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
