Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening to onboarding.
  • Foster a positive work environment by handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Coordinate training programs, performance appraisals, and professional development workshops.
  • Manage payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct salary surveys and assist in compensation planning to remain competitive in the market.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Assistant role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using HRIS software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
