Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed.
- Provide support in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations issues and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll and other compensation-related documents.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and corporate compliance.
- Prepare regular HR reports to support management in decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar support role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
