- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution of salaries
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and retirement plans
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals
- Conduct HR-related training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data privacy and confidentiality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems and payroll software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
