Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
  • Administer employee relations programs to resolve conflicts and enhance workplace satisfaction
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration ensuring compliance with labor regulations
  • Develop and implement training programs to address skill gaps and support career development
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
  • Conduct performance management cycles and provide guidance to managers
  • Advise on HR policies, procedures, and Indonesian labor law compliance

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience in Jakarta-based organizations
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan)
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) preferred
