Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Administer employee relations programs to resolve conflicts and enhance workplace satisfaction
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Develop and implement training programs to address skill gaps and support career development
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
- Conduct performance management cycles and provide guidance to managers
- Advise on HR policies, procedures, and Indonesian labor law compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience in Jakarta-based organizations
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan)
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) preferred
