Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Administer employee benefits programs and maintain updated personnel records and HRIS data.
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives to foster a healthy, productive, and inclusive work environment.
- Coordinate performance management programs, including appraisals, training, and development needs.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and employee handbooks.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and analytics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Associate.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Strong proficiency in payroll systems and HR management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional ethics.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
