Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of technical and operational staff
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost retention and workplace satisfaction
- Manage performance management systems including goal setting, reviews, and development plans
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws and company HR policies
- Administer employee benefits programs, payroll coordination, and leave administration
- Conduct training needs assessments and organize professional development workshops
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and policy communications
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate workforce analytics for strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor standards (DOLE), SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification or equivalent HR credentials preferred
- Experience developing training programs and conducting employee workshops
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
