Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers
- Oversee employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration and positive first impressions
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, policy enforcement, and performance support
- Assist in ESG initiatives including data collection, sustainability reporting, and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Develop and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and development
- Support HR projects and process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience with recruitment and employee relations focus
- Knowledge of ESG principles and sustainability practices is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
