You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and administrative support.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to attract top talent.
- Oversee payroll administration, attendance tracking, and the maintenance of accurate employee records and databases.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and implement effective solutions to support business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in HR Generalist roles or similar HR functions.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality.
