In this vital role, you will act as the backbone of our Human Resources department, ensuring that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulations. You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and administrative support.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment where employees can thrive. You will handle complex employee relations issues, streamline our administrative processes, and ensure that our workforce is engaged and supported. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to attract top talent.
  • Oversee payroll administration, attendance tracking, and the maintenance of accurate employee records and databases.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and implement effective solutions to support business goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in HR Generalist roles or similar HR functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality.
