Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate financial reporting and documentation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with BIR regulations, tax filings, and labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HRIS systems.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Interpret HR policies and assist in benefits administration.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR or General Administration roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and BIR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
