Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Administer employee benefits programs, payroll processing, and leave management systems
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with DOLE regulations and company standards
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Oversee workforce planning and succession strategies for key positions
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years progressive experience in HR generalist role
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG regulations
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in food/beverage industry preferred
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is advantageous
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality
