  • Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with Philippine labor laws
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

  • Handle payroll coordination and benefits administration

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR generalist experience in the Philippines
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • HR certification (e.g., PHRi, SHRM-CP) is preferred
