As an HR Generalist at Alkindo Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture by implementing effective HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws. You will collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and oversee the onboarding process. Additionally, you will manage employee benefits, including BPJS Kesehatan dan TK, attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including BPJS Kesehatan dan TK enrollment and management
- Manage attendance tracking, leave requests, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure regulatory compliance and process efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Experience with recruitment processes and employee onboarding
- Familiarity with BPJS Kesehatan dan TK administration
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
