Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and compensation administration
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive workplace culture
- Manage HR documentation, records, and reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of generalist HR experience with recruitment and ER focus
- Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive matters
- Proven experience in employee engagement initiatives
