- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processing
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Develop and implement HR documentation systems and processes
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze retention trends
- Support organizational development initiatives and culture-building
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR generalist experience
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor standards and DOLE regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHRi) is advantageous
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proven experience in policy development and process optimization
