Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing inquiries, mediating conflicts, and conducting performance reviews.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, handbooks, and employee engagement programs.
- Conduct new hire orientations and training sessions to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate regular HR reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws, compensation structures, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
