Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring decisions
  • Develop and implement employee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires
  • Oversee administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and leave management systems
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers on HR-related issues
  • Coordinate training initiatives and professional development programs for staff growth
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in generalist HR role with recruitment focus
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor standards and HR compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
  • Valid HR certification (e.g., PHRi, SHRM-CP) is preferred
