Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
  • Enforce and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leaves, and other entitlements
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company
  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Contribute to HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance at all times

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
