Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for restaurant staff
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Philippine labor laws and company culture
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and leave management
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
- Coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills and operational excellence
- Oversee payroll processing and compensation administration
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to improve retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience in F&B or service industry
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor standards and DOLE regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality
- Experience with multi-location HR operations preferred
