Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Oversee employee relations programs, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance team capabilities
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Support organizational development through succession planning and talent mapping
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience in Indonesian hospitality sector
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP) and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cross-cultural team management
- Professional certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is advantageous
