Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of talent
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and company standards
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
- Oversee employee benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and development
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases using HRIS systems
- Support organizational development initiatives and culture-building activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- SHRM-CP or HRPM certification preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
