  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years progressive HR experience in a corporate setting
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF)
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., PHRi, SHRM-CP) preferred
  • Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
