In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing employee administration and documentation, ensuring seamless HR operations that support our growing business needs. As an HR Generalist, you will act as the first point of contact for various HR inquiries and ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the full-cycle of employee administration, including maintaining accurate personnel files, attendance records, and employment contracts in compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all necessary paperwork and orientations are completed efficiently.
  • Assist in the administration of payroll processes and employee benefits, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
  • Resolve day-to-day HR issues and provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and company culture.
  • Support performance management activities, including conducting periodic reviews and tracking employee development goals.
  • Maintain HR databases and prepare regular reports on HR metrics and personnel data.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and employment regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
