Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with labor regulations
- Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and performance management
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution
- Drive training programs for professional development
- Ensure compliance with DOLE and SSS regulations
- Conduct exit interviews and retention strategy analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with employee engagement programs
- Certification in HRM (optional but preferred)
