As the HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in shaping our organizational structure. You will handle employee relations, facilitate onboarding processes, and ensure our personnel records are up-to-date and accurate. Your expertise in payroll administration and benefits management will ensure our employees are well taken care of while the company remains fully compliant with local labor laws. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and bonuses.
- Process and manage government-mandatory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, HMO, Pag-IBIG) for all employees.
- Maintain and update personnel records, HRIS data, and internal employee files.
- Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Coordinate company activities, training sessions, and team-building events.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG regulations.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software and payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Excel).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
