Tanggung Jawab
- Full-cycle recruitment: Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across departments
- Employee relations: Mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and implement engagement initiatives
- Benefits administration: Manage health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
- Compliance oversight: Ensure adherence to DOLE regulations and company policies
- Performance management: Design and execute appraisal systems and development plans
- HR analytics: Track key metrics to inform strategic workforce decisions
- Policy development: Create and update employee handbooks and HR procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR generalist role or full-cycle recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- SHRM-CP or equivalent certification preferred
