Dianable, a prominent local fashion brand from Bandung, is seeking a proactive and adaptive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. We are excited to announce our partnership with Walkvibes and are looking for a dedicated professional who is ready to grow with us. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the heartbeat of our human resources department, managing the full spectrum of HR operations to ensure a thriving workplace culture.

As an HR Generalist at Dianable, you will be instrumental in shaping our organizational structure. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent in the fashion industry to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding. Additionally, you will focus on employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining compliance with local labor laws. Tanggung Jawab

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire talent acquisition process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with employees, address concerns proactively, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and execute onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the Dianable culture and manage exit processes.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage contracts, and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with Indonesian regulations.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and employee well-being.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process and identify training and development opportunities for staff growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Assistant role within the retail or fashion industry.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and HR best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Attributes: A proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset with a strong passion for employee engagement.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
