Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new talent.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
- Manage monthly attendance records, payroll administration, and social security (BPJS) filings.
- Facilitate employee relations, including handling grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets and performance.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
- Support performance appraisal processes and contribute to succession planning initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and attention to detail.
- Experience in the manufacturing or cosmetic industry is a significant advantage.
