Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
- Administer employee relations programs, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR practices
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR information systems
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to improve retention strategies
- Support performance management processes including goal setting and evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF)
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Certified HR Professional (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM certification preferred
- Experience in retail or consumer goods industry advantageous
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
