Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Oversee daily HR operations including payroll administration, benefits management, and employee records
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor laws and company culture
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives
- Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities for staff
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate HR documentation
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning and improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience in Indonesia
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (Ketenagakerjaan) and HR regulations
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strategic mindset with ability to align HR practices with business objectives
